Our delays of shipping is of 24 hours in some weeks according to the stock for ordered articles.
In case of unavailability momentary of a product, we shall get in touch with you to find a solution for the sending. We shall so determine with you an arrangement to deliver partially or all together when the missing product will be again in stock.
Delays of delivery
Once paid and sent, the goods are delivered for the delays going from 24 hours till 120 hours following the chosen mode of delivery and the destination. At the time of the expedition of products, you are automatically warned by e-mail at the address indicated in the form of registration.
Amount of delivery cost
If your order contains several articles, the system accumulates automatically the weight and indicates you the total amount at the level of the confirmation of this one.
The expenses of delivery are calculated according to the weight and to the destination. We charge you only a part of the transport costs because these are really more important.
Consequently in case you will wish to send back the product (except when there is a defect), the completeness of the costs round trip will be charged to you.

Delivery fast and reassured (against signature) from 24 hours till 96 hours following the country of the expedition of your order, we send you an e-mail with the number of followed by your parcel. Packagings will be evacuated by the team of deliverers.
CARREFUL if you notice in the unpacking a problem, it is necessary to mention it on the delivery order, otherwise the responsibility of the carrier will not be any more started. We shall charge you that a part of the transport costs. This is do not have effect on the account of the completeness of the delivery cost. Consequently in case you would like to return the product (except when there was a defect) the completeness of the costs round trip will be charged to you.
We ask to our customer to verify the widths, the heights, doors of access to the room where will be deposited the piece of furniture. All the additional costs, connected to the rent of elevators or storage, will be chargeable to the customer
In case of impossibility of delivery for insufficient passage, risking to damage the product, this last one can be the object of return in our store, at the expense of the customer, for a 150 € amount TTC.
The customer undertakes to be present at the hour agreed with the transport company. In case of absence, the expenses of return and delivery at a later date will be chargeable to the customer for a payable 150 € TTC amount with our company.
In case of predictable impossibility, it is asked to the customer to prevent Agediss as quickly as possible, by e-mail ( agediss@agediss.fr ) or by telephone in 0825 310 810 (0.15€ TTC) so as to interrupt the delivery and to foresee a new date. In this only case of preliminary alert, and as far as it will be still possible to suspend the delivery, no supplementary cool will be applied to the obliging customer.
